A New Approach To Primary Care

Dr. Graham established Progression Direct Primary Care with the belief that your healthcare should be personalized, accessible, and responsive. Our direct primary care model removes the barriers created by traditional insurance-driven care, allowing us to focus on your health and building a lasting relationship with your primary care provider.

With a straightforward monthly membership, you get unhurried appointments, direct access to your clinician, and transparent pricing with no hidden costs for care. Direct Primary Care allows for time to listen and to better understand your health goals. Dr. Graham believes in longstanding primary care relationships, designed to help you meet those goals.

How it works

What Is Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a patient-centered approach to healthcare that puts the focus back on the relationship between you and your clinician. Instead of billing insurance for each visit or service, DPC at Progression operates on a flat monthly membership. This allows your provider to spend more time with you, offer better access, and deliver care without the administrative burden of traditional insurance-based systems.

Why Choose DPC

The Benefits of Direct Primary Care

  • 01

    More Time With Your Provider

Appointments are longer and never rushed, giving you the time you need to ask questions and make informed decisions about your care.

  • 02

    Better Access to Care

Members enjoy same- or next-day appointments and direct communication with their provider via phone, text, or email.

  • 03

    Transparent, Predictable Costs

One clear monthly fee covers primary care services offered by Progression with no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills.

  • 04

Less Paperwork, More Focus on Patient Care

By removing insurance from routine primary care, DPC reduces administrative overhead and allows clinicians to spend more time concentrating fully on patient care and building strong relationships with patients.
